UK Adapta March 09 Update

Despite the name, and the debut single ''Quicksand'' released on a French label Kitsune, La Roux is not French, in fact, they are from South London. This 80's style electropop synths duo with a modern twist comprising a singer and synth player Elly Jackson and co-producer Ben Langmaid, is looking at prospects for 2009, having been tipped off by BBC and The Guardian as ''Sound of 2009'' and ''Best New Acts of 2009''.

What If is technically the largest independent consultancy around innovation. Our independence is actually very important to us because it has allowed us to really explore our character and do things differently all along. Basically we are in four locations around the world, born in England about 15 years ago and we’re now also in New York, Manchester and Shanghai. I think we stretch around 20 business hours a day now, as and when needed.
